Thank you for choosing our e-cards service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

All e-cards are digital products. Once an e-card is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on e-cards unless there was an error on our part.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

- If the e-card is not functioning as intended due to a technical error on our platform.

- If an incorrect e-card was purchased (e.g., an e-card that was not intended for the occasion).

 

To request a refund, please contact us via email within 14 days of your purchase. Include the following information in your request:

- Order number

- Description of the issue

- Any relevant screenshots or evidence

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

 

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for:

- E-cards that have been successfully delivered and viewed.

- Purchases made by mistake, where the customer did not read the e-card details prior to purchase.

 

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website with an effective date.
